How do I get off the Iowa self-exclusion list?

A five-year Iowa exclusion cannot be ended early, and it expires on its own - there is nothing to file.

No. The term you pick is the term you serve.

You come off the list automatically. Nothing to file.

Lifetime exclusions signed on or after July 1, 2017 can never be revoked. Only pre-July-2017 lifetime enrollees may request revocation.
